Shipping policy

Effective June 23, 2024

All orders are shipped USPS or UPS and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. 

Please note: On occasion it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. Catina Beauty Closet is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

Rush delivery (1-2 days) transit time is guaranteed. If your rush delivery does not arrive on time please let us know and we will gladly refund your shipping cost.

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with tracking number the same day your package is shipped. 

We ship anywhere in the U.S (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and selected countries. We also ship to P.O boxes, military addresses (APO)
